La Seye et Vous, Verfeil-sur-Seye, France

21st April 2016 by Iggy

verfeilFood: we have been here before so we came here for old times sake. My charcuterie was really good! Especially the pâté. Mum and dad’s salad had potato mashed in with veg and fish as well as lettuce.
We all had chicken because it was the only main course on the €12.50 menu. It was very good, the beans were quite flavoursome and the polenta mixed with cheese was weird but good. My bread and butter pudding was awesome but tooth achingly sweet! Mums creme caramel was good but not the best and dad’s cheese was really good, the Brie was the worst.

Service: good, just like last time

Atmosphere: great

Little bits that are nice: some of the puddings are in little pots.

Quirky bits: CRAZY paintings and a paper hedgepig with business cards for the spikes.

Bad bits: no more Magret de Canard

Great

Price: €
