Today I made Moules Marinière I. I started by cleaning the mussels and checking if they were alive. This I did with Dad (it can get quite dull doing it by yourself), they were very clean already tbh. Then I put some shallots in a big pan with some white wine, some butter and some parsley and boiled for about 3 minutes to boil off the booze. Then add the mussels and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes shaking regularly. Garnish with some chiffonaded parsley. The soup was really good, the most important thing is to not put cream in 🤢 .
