Today is a short day because I didn’t do a lot of cooking and it was just in preparation for the next day. I started my salade d’argensson. I started by cooking some rice (riz à blanc – recipe 1) by putting some rice in boiling water and let it boil for a while. Then boil some beetroot, and mix the two together. Then create a vinaigrette ( let there be vinaigrette!) and mix it all up. Then I refrigerated for 24 hours.
Okay! This is a typically french salad, I don’t know if I’m a fan tbh, but anyway, I have to get another cool pack for my head from the freezer because my fridge fell on me, bye!
Ok! C’est une salade trés francaise, je sais pas si je suis fan en vrai, mais bon, je dois aller chercher un autre pack froid du congelateur pour ma tete parce que mon frigo m’est tombé dessus, salut!
