Again, sorry for the late post. It has to be short and straight to the point. I made some runny-yolked Five-minute Boiled Eggs and they were very good. Add a bit of cumin in there and you’ve got yourself a great breakfast.
Let’s take a moment to appreciate soup. It’s warming, it’s a welcome friend in winter, it can also be cold in the summer. It’s just so good. I made Leek and Potato soup. It was well made and just so easy. Take half a pound of leek and half a pound of potato and boil it down with 900 ml of water and a dsp of salt for 40 minutes, blend it and then stir in three tbsp of cream at the end. Serves about three people. The best leek and potato soup ever.
Then I made a cauliflower cheese. I made a bechalem sauce. Then turned it into a monray sauce by adding cheese and mutneg. I then blanched some cauli for a while in rapidly boiling water. Slapped some of the moryan sauce on the bottom, add the cauli on top and add the rest of the sauce. Grate some chizz on that badboy, then some breadcrumbs. Stick it in the onion for half an hour and … The cheese was not strong enough, you need more and stronger stuff. It was darn good though.
