Food: My baked Camembert was super! It was all melting and gorgeous. It came with a fresh salad and toasted bread to dip in the Camembert. Mum and dad’s courgettes farci was great. Good tabouli too! My brandade de morue was all fishy, potatoey and delicious. There was the perfect balance of fish and potato. Mum and dad’s tagine de poulet was bursting with flavours, with well cooked bulgar wheat, carrot and radish. The wine and beer were great, and the coffee was good.
Service: great! Sophie and Bernard are brilliant.
Atmosphere: really, really good
Little bits that are nice: the garden is great, you can buy good wine.
Quirky bits: there’s a chalk board where you can write what you think or something.
Bad bits: RIEN

MMMm that all sounds super delish! especially the tagine de poulet – could eat that right now . We really must come to France again soon, and taste the delights of of the regions you visit.
Have you savoured any good vegetarian dishes ?? I would be interested to hear about some.
Kind regards Suki x

There is a very good restaurant in Puycelsi called Au Cabanon de Puycelsi. They do a good vegetarian menu. I’ll review it!
