Hello! Today I was slightly less productive, but I still got 3 recipes done. I had some veal mixture from yesterday, so I made burgers with a different sauce. Plus some spinach and mushrooms. The spinach I boiled, cooked over heat with butter, then added flour, cooked over heat, put in some stock and boil away for 10 minutes. Then I grated some cheese into it, onto it and around it and put in the oven. The mushrooms I boiled in some water and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Then I kept the juice and boiled it down. It was amazing. Its mushroom essence! awesome for a sauce.

Now I fried the steaks, removed to a side dish, put in some vermouth (the key to french sauces!) and reduced to a syrup. I then added some cream and reduced. It was really good! Everything complimented everything, it was just pretty good! Anyway, I have to go! I hope you have a nice day! byeeee.
