Okay! let’s go. How are you? Today was nice, I made my favourite thing ever: liver! I served it with a cream and mustard sauce! I started by heating up some butter with some oil. Then I dredged the liver in some flour. I placed it in the hot fat and let it cook for 1m30 a side. Then I removed it to a side dish and made my sauce
To do this, I put some stock in the cooking fat and boiled it down until it had reduced to about half. Then I added some cream and reduced a tad more. Then I mixed some butter with some mustard and swirled it in. I sprinkled a bit of parsley on top and poured the sauce over. It was really, really good. The liver was perfectly cooked, the sauce was delicious, it was just all round pizzazzy.
That was nice! Liver is definitely my favourite meat , this challenge has rendered it more accessible, it was always on the meat counter, we just never really considered it. Okay, I gotta go do something with my life. Byeee!
