Food: The salmon tartare was awesome! It had just the right acidity! And served with a fennel rémoulade (wtf???)! Amazing! Definitely would have never thought of that! All brought together with a white wine and mustard mayonnaise! Great first course! Next there was a chicken breast (not the BEST quality but very good nonetheless) served on a delicious homemade ratatouille (very good) and a homemade BBQ Sauce! Very well done!
Service: good, though a bit cagey at first, but after a while they were friendly
Atmosphère: amazing, right next to the canal de midi!
Little bits that are nice: can see the barges use the locks in the canal
Quirky bits: this is more an experience but hey, the soap dispenser shoots very far, I put my hand under the nozzle thinking it would dribble onto my hand, but actually it squirted onto my t-shirt!
Bad bits: Quite expensive
