Hi! How are you? So today, I made some russian beef burgers. Now what are these beautiful communist creations? Well, for one I dont know why they’re called russian burgers, when they’re in a book of french recipes, but also I don’t see the russianity. They were nice though, I enjoyed them. . To start off, I made the burger mix. I mixed butter with some mince, an egg and some fried onions.
Then, I fried them. In a lot of butter. about 2 minutes a side. Nothing fancy. Then I removed them to a side dish, and started my sauce. I added some stock to the pan, ( she says to pour out the juices, but if you’re ever doing this, just dont, okay? They contain so so much taste) and reduced it to a syrup. Then I added some cream and reduced a bit more. I added some butter at the end, and we’re good to go.
Ensuite, je les ai fait frire. Dans beaucoup de beurre, environ 2 minutes de chaque côté. Rien d’extraordinaire. Ensuite, je les ai mis dans un plat d’accompagnement, et j’ai commencé ma sauce. J’ai ajouté un peu de bouillon dans la poêle, ( elle dit de jeter les jus, mais si jamais tu fais cette recette, ne le fais pas, ok ? Ils contient tellement de goût) et j’ai réduit le tout en sirop. Puis j’ai ajouté de la crème et j’ai réduit un peu plus. J’ai ajouté un peu de beurre à la fin, et nous sommes prêts.
