The third day proved to be less difficult than I thought actually, Ive done 2-3 days already! I hope you have enjoyed reading about it so far!
Breakfast: I had more fruit, an orange this time, I think by the time Ive finished my week, I’ll have gone off fruit! Then I had a piece of toast with peanut butter and banana, *sigh* the same combo as yesterday. Have you guys got any suggestions for good vegan breakfasts? (NO JOKE)
Lunch: We all had last night’s supper, the chilli con herbé, it was even better than yesterday – although I was expecting dad to put in some more ‘Ancho Chilli Powder’ – that’s often the case with these things!!!
Supper: Baked potatoes, that’s what we had for supper, darn good ones too, we had them with mushrooms, and I added some tabasco to mine, I love tabasco, don’t you?

Hi – also — can you get almond milk or alpro – if so you could make pancakes ! and have them with fruit and maple syrup or honey for breakfast – I like museli with honey and fruit juice instead of milk – big bowl of oat porridge with almond milk blue berries and a bit of honey – I think you can get vegemite in France – I bought some in Morlaix and its a good addition to a beanburger XX Ok got to go o Penzance – lots of love and bon courage Iggy X

Vegan breakfasts! Got it covered. We like avocado on homemade toast (my fave right now is making marmite&fennel bread and cutting it reeeal thick), but obviously u could have garlic mushrooms instead, or tofu scrambled egg and veggie sausages, or daal, or caramelised onion hummus. Also coconut butter comes in various forms and can be delicious, so you can have creamy fatty buttery spread without cows. All nut butters are vegan (or should be, at least), we had some kithul/coffee/cashew spread recently which was lush. Pakoras are also easy to make, along with potato fritters, and taste gr8 with a coriander chutney. MMMM.
