Ingredients: Dried Herbs – oregano-like, 1 or 2 eggs (2 for big 1 for small), oil, butter
Method:
1. whisk eggs with fork
3. put a knob of butter in a small skillet, then the oil
4. Put skillet on heat, let the butter melt until – you guessed it – melted 5. whisk egg(s) and put in skillet with herbs
5. fry until a bit wobbly
6. put on plate
Serve with: nothing, on its own.
