Yo! Sorry for being a bit slack on the posting front lately, I have no excuse sooo… Forgiveness? 🙂 I have however been cooking a LOT! Because im at a democratic school now so I cook lunch pretty much every day! A good friend of ours, Marleen has told me about this recipe for making this super simple and super tasty homemade mayonnaise. No faff. You know those handheld blitzers? the type that you blend soup with, well you just put 200mL of oil, one dsp of dijon mustard and 1 egg (white and all) in a deep narrow pot (they usually come with their own so use that if possible) and put the blitzer in and press gooooooo! It works 90% of the time but when it works it is like magic! If it doesnt work, pour it out, put an egg in, start blitzing and slowly pour the messed up mixture in like you would normally. I demonstrated this at school and a friend who kept on messing them up made it right first time!

You’ve just encouraged me to try this method again….. I’ve had a 1% success rate with the so mostly do the hand whisk method, which is a bit of an arm breaker.. Cheers Yo
