Ingredients: a leek or two, a big pile of potatoes, half an onion, salt, pepper, a large chunk of tomme, a little bit of brie, a bit of butter
Method: chop the potatoes into small chunks, then chop the leek (just into rings.) After that, chop half an onion quite finely. Subsequently, boil the potatoes and onion, after 5-10 minutes of boiling them, put the leeks in. Next, drain most of the water, mash with cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
