Hey everybody, it’s me. Today was good. I made 4 recipes, but only two dishes. I made some artichoke hearts, braised in butter and with some fried celery, carrots and bacon, then I made a roast of pork stuffed with cheese (?!) .
To start, I made my pork. I sliced it 3 times horizontally to make a few leaves and so it can be opened like a book. Then I put some cheese slices inside and tied it up. i then placed it in a dish, put some carrots and onions around it and place in the oven at 220 for 15 minutes, then add some cognac, reduce heat to 150 and roast for 2 hours. Now, the artichokes. I boiled them in lemon juice, flour and water for 30 minutes, drained, then I fried some bacon, some carrots and some celery in some butter and oil, placed them inside the hearts, added some butter and put in the onion for 20 minutes. The artichokes were ok, they were a bit under despite the fact I cooked them for 50 minutes, plus, I don’t really see the point. If I’m gonna have an artichoke, I want a nice acidic vinaigrette, not butter. The middle ground is a hollondaise, which is probably my favourite accompaniement. The pork was actually really nice. the cheese kinda melted into the pork, but it lost a lot of its taste. I don’t actually mind the cheese with the pork, it’s a slightly weird combo, but I like it.
Well then! That was a nice day! one question, do any of you know about RPGs? I’m looking into buying an online RPG, and would like some advice. Comment down below if you have any advice, I’m thinking of buying Divinity: Original Sin II. Anyway, I have to go, bye!
